Quotation
One of our team members will call out to consult with you to discuss your preferences, needs and allocated budget. During the quotation we will provide an overview of the process, as well as any applicable terms and conditions. An estimate will be sent over within 3 business days detailing the scope of work discussed with you.
Phase 3
Quote Acceptance
Once the quote is accepted and deposit paid, our team will schedule the work to commence as soon as possible or on a date specified. Our team will handle the sourcing and ordering of all necessary materials, as well as arranging any required permits, approvals, and insurances, such as Home Owners Warranty, to ensure a smooth and comprehensive process.
Phase 4
Building Works Commence
Our project Manager will maintain regular communication with you throughout the entire building process, ensuring that the work progresses according to the agreement, complies with building codes, and meets your satisfaction at each building stage.
Phase 5
Completion & Final Payment
Following the completion of the project, we will provide you with a Certificate of Completion and any other necessary documentation, which will require your signature. Our team will then reach out to you to confirm your satisfaction with the completed work. We welcome feedback from you in order for us to strive for a better customer experience in the future.
